Customers often come to us with no land to build on. Over the years, we've developed relationships with the best and brightest in Denver's real estate community. We use these contacts, along with the customer's input, to find the right sites for our customers.

There's more to the right site than location. General concepts of what our customers want in their home or commercial project can drive site selection. Opportunities for specific views, outdoor living spaces, and use of the land around the home can be greatly affected by topography and existing features of a given site. In urban settings, the location of adjacent structures, overhead power lines, trees, alleys, and city regulations also have considerable effects on how the land can be used to meet our customer's wants and needs.
